Project payments
Eligibility for a refund, deposit return or credit depends on the accepted quote or service agreement and applicable law. Review the payment and cancellation terms in those documents for your project.
Cancellations and scope changes
Contact Energy Bay Solutions as soon as you need to cancel, reschedule or change the scope. Any applicable charges for completed work, committed equipment or project expenses are determined under the relevant agreement and applicable law.
How to request a review
Use the contact form and choose Policy or billing inquiry. Include your name, invoice or project reference, payment date and the reason for your request. Leave out card numbers, bank details and account credentials.
Review and processing
The request is reviewed against the relevant agreement and payment records. If a refund or credit is approved, the amount, method and timing will be confirmed with you.
